AAA BC TOUR
Guess what, some lovely soul on YT uploaded all of AAA's BC tour which was aired by WOWOW - meaning, there are bits missing because WOWOW doesn't air everything, defeats the purpose of the pricey DVD avex will soon release! (The Encore included Day Be Day, Charge Go, Music, STEP and BUZZ CORNER were not aired). Anyways, just a bit of a review of my thoughts and the differences as my own personal note because I'm forgetful.
1. accel
The intro as the always was pretty nice to watch. I thought the song didn't really suit their flowery image though! A pro-sounding accel and like. Innocent, pretty looking photos... Haha.
2. PARADISE
PARADISEEE. I loved the stage so very much! Their vocals were strong, and the sliding-down-the-pole-like-a-fireman thing that Shuta and Shinjiro did were so cute! Before they did that though, you could only see their silhouettes up the top, with focus on the others and little on them. Also, random boot shot of Hidaka xD
3. Dream After Dream
I loved the stage. I also loved the setting. You could see all seven of them at once at the top panel atop the stage that showed them. During the kuyashii parts, only Misako and Chiaki are shown :3 Overall the song was alright, I suppose. I was more busy observing all their outfits...
4. Heart and Soul
No awesome vibrato thing during Chiaki's solo-solo? ): I liked what she did in 5AL, that deep-sounding voice. Then again it wasn't all that long after she came back, recovered, so she must've been tired (some of her dance moves weren't as strong as the others, but still cute!)
5. Get Chu
I'm starting to get sick of this song D: It's cute, but too Misako-centric. Her voice sounds so strained during this. And lots of AAA-peeps I know are starting to dislike her, saying she's overrated (which I honestly can't deny with...) but just, I like songs where everyone sings. She sings like 80% of this, with the remaining shared by Nissy and Naoya.
6. Digest
SO CUTE! The starting cute dance and glasses-wearing. This tour is so good, really, how they have all these cute inserts. The song was okay, but Misako's voice was really strong, drowning out the others O: I thought the song sounded slightly slowed-down than to the norm
7. Endless Fighters
I think why Misako stood out so much for me in a not-so-good way is because her voice has gotten more nasal. It kind of went Nasal > Not so Nasal and now back to Nasal. Endless Fighters has everyone with smooth soothing vocals, so hers just stood out. Not that I like her any less, it sounds good when in choruses and harmony. I think the composition of the song is slightly different this time too.
8. No Cry No More
Honestly I quite liked this song... And MK. I'm one of those who didn't really complain about either singles. The full live was nice to watch, since those on shows have been the 2min cut down version. I guess I understand why others dislike the girl-focus though. It's good that the upcoming CALL/I4U wasn't composed by TK then, I think he's better with girl-songs, and not co-ed groups like AAA.
9. Love@1st Sight
PIRATE OUTFITS :D Ad-libs by the two men in the beginning. But gosh. Chiaki looks like boss in this. The dance looks nice, since they're all the better dancers of the group for their genders (so I heard?) The adlib between the two guys in the middle was good. And another boss-Chiaki moment as the two guys high-five one another xD
There seems to be a lack of any real fan-interaction, but it's WOWOW so I suppose they cut out bits to just focus on the main songs, as the norm like they did last time.
10. one more tomorrow
The instrumental intro to the song was lovely :3 And Nissy's opening was flawless, as expected. I'm sorry Shinjiro but when you appeared dancing I thought you looked like a woman for a second xD Naoya, Shuta and Shinjiro were good, though I thought Shin sounded slightly weak. Hida's rap is great!
But really - Shuta. This song really brings out his amazing vocal talents that makes me question why on earth he's not getting lines. And Shinjiro may not be as strong, but his voice is lovely and should get some love (not that he doesn't have enough, lol!) I wait the day all of them get lines in a song, really.
11. Believe Own Way
Surprised that there are two male-centric songs. But Misako's voice was strained and drowned out the guys. Her voice is too distinctive, lol! When Chiaki backs them, you can faintly hear her and it's a nice but not overwhelming support that she gives.
On a side note I'm glad Shin ditched the long cloak-cape whatever it is he was wearing in one more tomorrow. He looks like an Arab prince now. At least not a woman anymore. Hidaka looks like a hunter. The girls look like pirates. I already talked about Chiaki looking boss but Misako, she looks cute! And Nissy has the king's garb. Shuta looks pretty normal actually. Naoya is borderline normal-military like.
12. Aitai Riyuu
Arguably their most popular song of their current 'era' I thought that Chiaki's voice which is usually shaky was pretty stable this time round. The dance at the end was nice! Chiaki and Naoya danced together, whilst others danced individually. Most of their dances were good, except Shinjiro who just pulled a HSJ thing and sent a blowing kiss. Nissy's was the most... Hm. What's that word? The pained look on his face at the end looked good... Not a good that he's in pain thing, but he was in character. Gosh whatever I can't explain it
13. DEPARTURES
Piano playing... BY HIDAKAAA. Naoya opens up without any music at all, but being the great Urapapa he pulls it off well, his voice is heavenly. Of course everyone squeals in delight after he's done.
Chiaki, Shinjiro and Shuta come and join him. But what was great was Chiaki's low vocals - I love them best on her! She looks really adorable, like a little girl going to ballet class xD Yes, they've changed into their white wedding-like outfits. Shuta looks absolutely adorable and nothing like 25 by the way. There's some changes in the song by Chiaki to the original version that is welcomed and beautiful.
OH! Misako and Nissy come out to dancet. Many people doubted how they'd dance, but it looks good! If the song is what it titles say, then their dances do fit. They don't dance for long though, and Hidaka closes the song with his piano with the snowing background on the screen :3 Definitely a fav.14. Winter Lander
Then it jumps to the happy song, and they do the ritual section-separated jumps during the chorus testing before actually starting the song. Urata points at this one girl and she screams in delight. Literally KYAA. It was both hilarious and adorable, that girl must've been so happy!
It's adorable how so many of them know the dance moves, and the variety of different tour shirts that people have on, I spot one from their 3rd Anniversary! Everyone goes 'HEY' when they jump, and Urata goes off flirting and making girls squeal in delight again.
15. Hurricane Lili, Boston Mari
The towels come out! It's basic as always, nothing new. Just the member-interactions that are interesting. Like Nissy and Hidaka weirdness, Naoya mock proposing to Misako for two brief seconds, etc. Shuta shows off his face to the camera and looks adorable and young. Someone I know will be very happy with the brief Naoya-Chiaki moment, but most of them pretty much do their own thing (Nissy almost being whacked by Misako's towel swinging, which I found hilarious because he had to duck and she completely had no idea about it)
16. CRAZY GONNA CRAZY
Oh my fairies I've missed this song so badly. They dance cutely on the decorated stage so they look like they're each standing next to their colour of A-panda's who dance alongside them. It misses the old AAA-feel and, well, Yukari. The audience sounds delighted though. And HEY! Shuta and Shin get a line!
Yes, I do miss the old CGC feel but this is now my favourite *converts to MP3 and puts on iTouch* Misako's nasal voice makes her sound exactly like herself in the past. Chiaki takes on more than just Yukari's part but a verse of Misako. She sounds a bit flat, but I can't blame her since the composition of this song is quite different to their current ones.
Shuuta dances awesomely my gosh how on earth... He moves so quickly and nimbly it's surreal. I re-watched this bit a few times, it's amazing! And the Hidaka-Chiaki rap I've missed so much is back, sounding better! She kind of adapts her old voice for it though, which is good because low-vocals would have sounded odd /Chiaki biased to the absolute maximum/Gosh that was long.. I'm sorry but I love CGC too much
17. Break Down
This is the one song which I feel Misako is perfectly suited for with her voice, she always performs this song flawlessly. I thought her voice sounded stronger at some points, but otherwise she sounds almost exactly like how she does in the recording. I didn't pay much attention to this, since about nothing changed from their old performance of this. Just sing and dance, with some Misako interaction with Nissy and Hidaka.
18. Makenai Kokoro
I really don't understand why people say lots of people dislike this song - on their YT and by sales alone it's one of their best. Unfortunately I thought Misako's opening was weak and lacking, and her voice sounds strained afterwards. I wonder if she's ill? She had to fill in for Chiaki in quite a few events and tours, that must've drained her quite a bit.
19. Daiji na Koto
Chiaki adopted a deeper voice that was stronger and more stable, I thought. You could hear a bit of her exhaustion at first though, a bit of flatness there because of it. Everyone sounds pretty much how they've been in the recording with minor differences, except the two girls whose voices are a bit different this time, which I've discussed before. Everyone's exhaustion shows a bit because of it, but they all hang on to perform it well.
At the end bit, they had the audience sing lalalala~ after the step by step, time after time bit. It sounded good! It ended with their thanks (since this is the last performance before their encore) so they all say their goodbyes too.

Overall I think it was a really enjoyable tour concert! I'm sure the ENCORE and BUZZ CORNER would be really entertaining but sadly it wasn't aired. It was almost like their anniversary lives because of the large arena (I don't like how their 6AL is going to be in Zepp though, small halls D:) and I really only skipped through one song - Get Chu, whilst usually I skip through a lot. That said, do watch it!
